The Judds' Wynonna Judd, a legendary figure in country music, stated that "The Final Tour" will resume in 2023 with 15 additional dates. On January 26, 2023, the first date for
a second leg will take place at GIANT Center. This declaration was made following the terrible passing of Wynonna Judd's mother Naomi Judd, a member of the duo. At the age of 76, Naomi passed away in April from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Just one day following her passing, she and Wynonna were both honoured with Country Music Hall of Fame inductions. Wynonna Judd is quoted as saying that her newborn granddaughter is giving her "hope" and that touring after Naomi Judd's passing is "healing."
Generations of Judds supporters sang along to the band's most lasting and well-loved songs during the tumultuous opening leg of "The Final Tour." Wynonna packed the first 11-date arena tour with performances that encapsulated a lifetime of timeless music and heart, assisted by many of her musical friends, including Ashley McBryde, Brandi Carlile, Kelsea Ballerini, Little Big Town, and Martina McBride, who will all be returning for the second run. In the upcoming weeks, fans may anticipate the announcement of other special guests.
