Recipe for Paneer soya chunk roll by Noami's Kitchen
Dry ingredients :----
Garam masala powder : 1 tea spoon
Chat masala powder : 3 tea spoons
Wheat flour : 2 cups
Refine flour : 2 cups
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Raw ingredients :------------
Capcicum : 1 large
Onions : 2 large nos
Tomato : 2 large
Coriander leaves : 1/2 bunch
Curd : 1 cup
Paneer : 200 grams
Tomatoe and chilli sauce : for garnishing
Procedure :-------
Soak soya chunks in water till it becomes soft.
Mix 2 tea spoon of oil in the wheat flour and refine flour.
Add water and its needs to be a soft dough and keep aside.
Squeeze the water from the chunks and cut in small pieces. Keep it aside
Chop onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves and the capsicum separately and keep aside.
Cut the paneer in small cubes.
Mix salt and garam masala in the cut paneer pieces and soya chunks separately.
Fry both the mixture separately in a pan and keep aside.
With the dough take small portion and make plain paratha/flat bread with oil /tortillas with oil
Place a plain paper in the bottom
then the plain paratha/flat bread with oil /tortilla
Then the fried soya chunk
Then the fried paneer cubes
Then the chopped onion, capsicum, coriander and tomatoes.
Sprinkle chat masala
Add chilli and tomato sauce and roll it.
Have it immediately when it is still warm
